Ok, whatch out you minute men... the red coats are a coming!

Just picked up a 40 S&W sigma VE and a fobus rig (wanted to get a Browning, Sniff, I MISS my old service Browning, Why do they have to be so blasted collectable over here...$900 for a "fair" example! Jeeze!)

... Anyway , going down to the range at either NRA or Blue Ridge to give her a spin tonight .

50 rounds ought not to be a problem, where do I post my targets (after I get range officer to sign off on em)?

Targets to be posted Friday...

I own (2) Argentine Hi-Powers (+ two .22LR conversion kits) and they are great.  The fit and finish is not quite as good as the FN but darn close.  And for about half the price they are a sweet deal.  Word of Warning: Stay  away from the HP's made in India.  If you have seen one you know why.

Hold the phone! NRA or Blue Ridge in Chantilly?!? You are in my neck of the woods! Where are you in VA? I am in Leesburg and I work in Fairfax. I shoot at an outdoor club in Leesburg and there is a nice new range in Ashburn called the Silver Eagle Group, very nice with automated reactive targets. We should go shooting some time!

I'm Working in McLean/Arlington , have a house out in Culpeper...

Days off i shoot at Clark Bros.... (fun little range but you have to watch-out for hillbillies!) Through the week NRA/Blue ridge.

When do you shoot? It would be great to get a Forum Metro Division shooting league.

I assume that this competition has been abandoned, so I'll archive it. I think that it would be better to start with a post in the Lounge to hold future shooting competition and make a new subforum only if needed.
