We have 4 players that are 1-2, and I don't want to do coin flip. So we will have a sub-round.
RvM -vs- RAEVSKI
Packertim -vs- The_Lucky_Y
Loses in this match do not count towards units lost, but the loser is out of the tournament.
This is one of the few things that GA Raeder actually clearly stated, so we will follow through.
PM your fleets to me.
