Post subject: Moderating changes

Gross Admiral Raeder has had his personal life catch up with his forum life, and so needs some time off. I will be taking over for him.
Please PM your fleets (when we start building them) to me, and I will PM mine to ND.
Next round, to be started when RvM and Mighty A finish, will be 150 points, standard map. Objectives are 75 points apiece, victory at 225 points.
I will provide the map once Round 2 is finished and all the fleets have been sent in.

I haven't drawn brackets, so I don't want to see someone's fleet ahead of time.
