I noticed in the Land Game that WotC repeated the exact same units in the later sets that they had done in the earlier sets. I am not just talking about the re-sized vehicles. The infantry units like the M1 Garand, etc. were also repeated.
Don't be surprised.

Actually 60 of each Fletcher class (Fletcher, Kidd, hoel) IS 180 (alsmost 175) units.
and No you are NOT the only one...

Thanks for the backup, RvM. Currently I'm at 3 complete DesRons plus a lone ship of Fletcher, 1 plus 2 stragglers of Hoel and one ship away from my first complete squadron of Kidd. (Plus a Fletcher and two Hoels deployed with Taffy 3...)
Let's just hope it doesn't come down to you and me competing for the last one on the singles market someday...

Can you say "BS Ripoff Artists"? Mark 'em and blackball 'em...
As for returning units, bear in mind 39-45 was a quiet but total reboot, and I think they redid the MG42 and SdKfz251 in NA because of the "Afrika Korps Special Interest Group".

I got to thinking. If they started to slowly re-release some of the set1 pieces, I would be okay with that.
Say you get a hood with changes in SA and point value or a Vittorio with a flag value (now that they've broken the no flag rating mold with gorizia). Even some of the uncommons, Ajax with secondaries, recosted duca d'aosta. . . Instead of just one big Set 1 rerelease that is usually hit or miss, based on previous companies attempts to do rereleases.

set 1s all i find for WAS at Newbury Comics. That and a few Flank Speed.
