For deals in the past couple of months:
+3 to vtes. I don't think they are in yet. Website is www.vtes.de. E110,- per case and E10,- delivery in Europe (Free in Germany). Delivery time is usually within 1 or 2 days (yes! extremely fast) and the package is tracked.
Compared to miniaturemarket you pay about E10-E20,- extra, but in my opinion well worth it!

Accidently they sent me 2 Isokazes instead of the 2 I-26s I ordered, and of the four Ambras I ordered, I only got three and a U-510. Got the cards for the Ambras and I-26s, but not all the minis. They are aware of the mistake and are sending me the 2 I-26s, the Ambra, and 2 free Isokazes as a gift.
