The best thing with DR is that you don't need miniatures. You can use the cards Very Happy.

CENTRAL POWERS

ENTENTE POWERS

NEUTRAL NATIONS

But it works in a pinch. We have already played it that way several times. Minis are definitely better, but it does work.

We were playtesting this the other day, when we realized that none of the cards say "Extended Range" on them.

Did I miss something?

Large batteries have ER 4, but get -1 at distance 4. Lothar is preparing the relevant rules.

Was there one British Ship that had ER 5? Thought there was?

Yes, 15" guns and larger will be considered Very Large (VL) and will have ER5.
This will affect such classes as the Bayerns, the Queen Elizabeths, the Revenge and a couple of others.

The USA's Nevada, Pennsylvania, and New Mexico classes also had long-range guns.  Perhaps they should get ER5 also.  THese ships could definitely shoot farther than the German Bayerns.
