So after some research and thoughts about how to make these a viable in game unit i have come up with the following.  These were little Willy's Jeeps with a pair of Vickers in the back, a pair of Vickers or a .50 cal over the passenger side and a single Vickers for the driver on a pintle mount.  The twin Vickers in the back were even used for Anti Aircraft Fire...  Stripped down of unnecessary weight and loaded with fuel, these little Jeeps kicked A$$!

To translate that into game terms I came up with the following.  I need some feedback here so i can finalize and post the card.

Speed 4
Armor 1 / 1
Cost 11 Point  (3 Pts for the Jeep and 8 Pts for the weapons)
9/8/7  AI
4/0/0 AV

Grazing Fire SA
Transport 1 SA
Strike & Fade 2

Should i change Grazing Fire to Double Shot?  How much should this little baby cost.  It packs a hell of a punch, but cant take one...

Take off Grazing and add all guns blazing.
for the price it depends on what weapon your using:
05pts--Bren-8/7/0 w/covering fire
10pts--.50 cal-9/8/6-stats from Quad and it had 4 .50's.
09pts--M1919-8/8/7 w/double shot
Plus the SA's: at least 15pt.

Get rid of transport.  No one could fit in the jeep except the weapons operators.

With four to five machine guns, perhaps just Double Shot will suffice.  

They crewed 3 and could carry one more for a max of four.  It carried more, but only in emergencies.

So drop Transport...

For MG stats I think I will go with 8 / 7 / 6 AI and for vehicles 4 / 0 / 0 since they could tear up light tanks and soft vehicles.  

Isn't 15 kinda high for the cost though?  A Sherman is only 21.  Just trying to keep perspective here.  Maybe 12 points since it only takes 1 hit to disrupt and 2 hits to kill it.  Most infantry can do that kind of damage with their small arms fire.

S&F 2 is huge adding double shot makes it even more so, because then the second target can be anything.  With all guns blazing it limits it to just soldiers. Infantry, support units and light trucks were its primary targets anyway.
12 sounds good without transport.

Bingo!  I think Capt Miller nailed it.  With Carrions correct assessment about All Guns Blazing I will get the card made up and posted over the next couple days.  I have the scenario half written...just trying to get the cards made up.

Oh, and it should probably have High Gear 1 as well now that I think about it...

You might want to consider PARTISAN.  It wouldn't help the price, but it captures more of that Rat Patrol flavor you're looking for.

Nah... the Jeeps had to drive in and duck and cover or pretend to be convoys.  They moved and attacked differently than thier dismounted brethern the commandos.  Those guys just appeared outta nowhere...hence the SA I borrowed from you...lol

The jeep units acted in concert and seperate from the SAS depending on the missions.  They did a hell of a lot for a small unit.
