Post subject: CA and subsequent dmg Q

My INF DF's a tank and causes dis. during opponents move phase.
During my assault my INF CA's the same tank and causes 2 more hits.
How does the stacking work?
faceup, facedown, dmg and tank is still alive?
or is it dead from taking 3 total hits during the same turn?

First hit in movement: Face up Disrupted Counter
First hit in Assault: Face down Disrupted Counter
Second hit in Assault: Face down Damaged Counter
So....not destroyed. Damaged and Disrupted.
The subtleties of face up/face down counter stacking can be tricky, hope that helps...
