Post subject: Different abilities offering a similar boost; do they stack?

If you have a Veteran Tiger with crack shot, and the Panzer IV Commander that has Command Ruthless, and the VT shoots a damaged/disrupted unit, does it get +2 to the attack dice? It has +1 anyways, and the Commander's +1 to each die because the target unit is damaged/disrupted. They are completely unrelated, so they should stack, I'm just wondering what anyone has to say on the matter...

Abilities with the same name do not stack. Abilities with similar bonuses that have different names, they do stack.

I just want to do this now. I made a 200 point build of the following, just to see my buddy's face... He always wants to play Russia and goes with armor... So it should be hilarious.
2x Veteran Tiger
1x Panzer IV Ausf. H Commander
1x Ammo Dump
1x 20mm Flak 38 (to guard my ammo dump)
1x Fallschirmjager (to kill his ammo dump)

I'd recommend a nice Riesling wine to go with that cheese.

Unless you rolled any 1's on your reroll for the ammo dump.

The only problem with that build is that you get very few shots per turn, even though each of those shots have a lot of bonuses. 200 points allows your opponent to play some pretty effective swarms to counter....
