well here it is. it could be devestating in a 100 point match up.

ss-haupsturmfuhrer x1 = 7
SSPG x5 = 35
ss-stormtroopers x1 =7
ss-panther ausf g x1 = 49

i think the revised panther is 42 points allowing room for another SSPG. of course the ss-stormtroop can be replaced by another SSPG. the final build would use 8 SSPG's, 1 ss-haupsturmfuhrer, and 1 panther tank.

what do you guys think?

x3 Sherman M4A1
x1 Sherman (105)
x1 P40

It would put up a contest, the Panther would be a problem.

Maybe replace the Panther with the Jagdpanther for a 7 points saving?  You look rather vulnerable to a armor heavy force, but I'm no expert. Smile

That's a great-looking squad. Instead of the SS Panzers, though, I'd get my Jagdpanther and an MG-42, but as Clamzoni said, I'm certainly no expert.

If you want a MG-42 sub out the BMW and Flamenwerfer but I don't recommend running a single Tank Destroyer. The Jagdpanther is too easy to flank and counter with multiple medium tanks (Shermans/T-34s) without something to back it up. That's why I recommend the dual SS Panzer IVs. They can cover each other and have turrets so they cannot be denied a return shot by flanking them...

I didn't think of that.  Sad  Carry on with the double Panzers.

The thing with my original build is part of the AT power is in CA. But the panther is a great tank, and SS are awesome units.

CA is good.  However, getting them to the tank can be problematic at times unless you have some movement 'breakers' (eg. Transport, Tally-Ho, Paratroopers, etc).
