Post subject: follow up on obstacles question
In the case of a minefield in my setup area, and I place a unit in the minefield hex, but don't move my unit during my movement phase, do I need to make a movement roll at the end of my phase for the minefeild, or only if I actually move the unit?
If I need to roll, the card should be appended to read, " whenever a unit ends it's movement phase in a hex containing a minefield a movement roll must be made .... " |

Whatever the card says, which may no longer be pertinent, the latest rule interpretation/clarification/errata/guess, is that you make a minefield roll at the end of the movement and assault phases and when you attempt to l;eave the hex. _________________

No need to apologize. Glad to help. As messed up as the rules are, it's a wonder anyone starts this game. _________________

And I hope Salma Hayek shows up to tuck me in one night. Let's see which happens first. _________________
