For the 37mm SA 18 [R-35 and H-35] -> V°=600 m/s
For the 37mm SA 38 [R-40 and H-39] -> V°=705 m/s
Nota: The SA 38 has a rate of fire of 30 cps/min. Does it have any effect on the game? ("saturation" of the enemy?)

It probably does, but it will be very difficult to find this stat for all guns to compare, so let's ignore it.
