The following is the Greek Navy and Greek Airforce in 1938-45. Can you add information about all other years and for the army too?
When we collect all information we can make it a sticky and a wikipedia article.
Feel free to start similar threads for all other nations.

Would you count the Kilkis?  My source said it could have been activated.

Yes, you need to add the Kilkis. She was sunk during the Nazi invasion while trying to escape, meaning the ship could still move, and I can find no record that she was disarmed like her sistership.

I've added the SB2C helldivers used by the National army during the Greek civil war. They dropped napalm bombs against the communists in the mountains.
