As a newby I have just bought deck 2 and 3 on the basis of a new card for hms. Hood and card for hms Renown it is a real shame minis do not come with the sets but I guess the cost would have been phrohibitive!!!

No deck 1? Includes Indefatigable (surely the best name for a ship ever - also the RN's only Cap3 carrier other than Ark Royal), Vanguard and the Seafire.

One question on the Leipzig why it have no secondaries as it could fire 4 88's(one center mounted and 1 on each side of the ship) a side which it should get at least 4/3/3/-?

I believe the minimum for secondaries has been set at 6 "barrels" (3 per side). This is consistent with what we see with RBs cruisers for the most part.

Hey I don't know if this changes anything but the Courbet had 14x13.2/76 (6x2 13.2/76, 2x1 13.2/76). Just thought this should go on the back of the card.

I think weeds is right the key here is the keel laid down if the answer is yes use it if no bin it
For fairness use a little more leeway on the axis side so in theory any one playing either side can win.
For me it is all about balance as Scottie says I do not want to see a future set where the allies get 4 battleships 3 carriers etc and the axis get 4 u boats and 3 destroyers!!!!

Only one card left waiting finalization. Wow. Smile Having been through a (significantly) shorter development period with a likely similar quality but much smaller quantity of opposition, all you developers deserve a lot of accolade--and Shinnentai first and foremost for oftentimes bearing the brunt of said opposition (sorry Shin! Very Happy).

I totally agree with Solo that Shin deserves some kind of metal. I think his ability to put up with the team, and to refocus us on creating cards was key and a big part of why many of the cards are getting positive results.

He and his family deserve it, but I can't afford to give him and his family a trip to Hawaii, but I can afford to send him pictures and postcards!

It's been an interesting and useful learning experience I think. Also opposing viewpoints make for a better deck - when people argue their opinions it forces people to reconsider preconceptions.

Unobtainium please. I hear it's fairly easy to obtain.

Anyone aware of a 3D printed version of the Bretagne from this set?  I can't find one in Shapeways, but would love to add one to my French fleet.   Great work on this set!

Can't find a Shapeways one, but it's sister to Provence that's already got a W@S mini.  Not the best, but it's an alternative

You may be able to "mod" a Provence if they look differently.
