I received the following nice pm today by Sieur Joseph. Please review these units too.

Same as the R-35 but new suspensions, "sideskirts" and trench-crossing tail.
New gun 37mm SA 38 L / 33

Penetration of Anti-Vehicle Gun: (100m) 37mm, (500m) 28mm, (1000m) 20mm, (1500m) 14mm, (2000m)?mm

Anti-Vehicle: (0-1) 8 / (2-4) 7 / (5-8) 6 / (9-12) 4 / (13 - 17) 2  / (18 - 24)  0?

French use:
-R-35 is aviable since june/jully 1935
-R-40 is aviable since mars 1940

Expotation (R35):
-Romania in 1939 (in 1942 converted with soviet 45mm gun (from BT7 and T26) and named Vanatorul de care R35/45
-Yougoslavia in april 1940
-Poland in jully 1939
German use
- Panzerkampfwagen 35R(f) Kenn nummer 731(f) [R-35 captured] used until 1944 and also gived to Croatians and Bulgarians
- 4,7cm PaK(t) auf Pzkpfw 35R(f) [a czeck 47mm gun housed in an open superstructure (25mm armoured) over the turred ring

I had done the Stats for R35 an i concur with this info, but the R35/45
Vanatorul De Care R35 (Transformat)

June 1944 is the appearance date
Russian 45mm, L44 M1932 A/t Gun instead of the 37mm gun
They were pretty much useless as Russian armour were T34 or better
The R35 normal version appear 39 before the start of ww2 (July? 39. this info is very sketchy) 41 arrived from France the other 35 came from Poland.
Penetration stats
52mm 100m, 37mm 500m,24mm 1000m, 16mm 1500m

These are my infos on Romanian R-35:

order for 200 ex (50 for a delivery in sept 39, 25 in january 40,25 in may, 50 in sept and 50 in sept 41)
Only 41 delivered.
Handed by  Royal Romanian Army in 1939 and given to the 2nd armoured regiment.
In sept 39, the Polish 21st BCL took refuge in Romania and were interned (34 tanks)
Replacement of th Rebel MG by a 7.92 ZB37
75 tanks -> two battalions of three companies.
1941, attack against USSR.
In april 43, 60 Renaults are still in inventories
In dec 42 decision to replace the 37 gun by a sovirt 45 taken from BT7 andT26.
The Mechanized Forces Command ordered 33 conversions.
These tanks are delivered to the 2nd Armoured Regiment in june 44
Kept to service up to 1952
