It had power/weight ratio about 20% less than T-34 and 100% greater than Matilda II. I realize that's not everything, but it makes 15 kph suspicious. _________________

Speed for R2 is 18kmh, i think the info on speed may be suspicious. _________________

Everywhere I look, the speed is 15 kph, but at the same time the tank is praised for its maneuverability. _________________

Fixed it. See the new guidelines for vehicle speeds. The Pz38(t) gets high-gear 2 because of the huge difference between on-road and off-road speed. When not on-road I use both off and on-road speed, as the off-road speed appears to refer to extreme terrains, not normal fields like the ones on AAM maps. _________________
