Post subject: Concerns Over New Advanded Rules Book

While visiting another thread, the post below suddenly brought back a nasty memory from when I played the ground game. Please tell me the new Advanced Rules book will be of the same high quality as the original and not (like the ground game) a flimsy, cheesy, cheap-o, reprinted black and white pamphlet with an unbounded cover. Please?
