Already have a 109 and a Stuka in my Romania army.  I would like to see an IAR81 in this set.

As for the 251, MG42, PAC 38 and 40, Stug G and some Pz III's (I even got a Maresel hanging about Smile ).  Yeah, we got em'.  What I would like to see?  How about maybe a Hero, or a sniper.  Would like an artillery piece too.  There are so many pieces I want I can't really pick just three.  Four would be better.

So what happened?  Yesterday Romania and Hungary both had approximatly four pieces each, today, just six pieces between them. Sad  Romania had the third largest army on the Eastern Front and they have just a handful of pieces still.  Pleeeease!  Give me more of what I crave.  Your making me go the Custom Card Side. lol

When M2A0 first posted regarding Hungary and Romania on Gleemax, he stated that he thought there were about 4 units for each nation. More recently, he posted here and stated that there are actually three for each one (one Romanian unit is a reprint that Romania has not received before, and the other 5 units are new molds - I don't know if this includes rescaled V1 vehicles though). Hence my change for each nation in the list from "Approximately 4" to "3." Personally, I am quite happy with three units each for both Hungary and Romania (especially considering 5/6 are new molds and the 6th is new for its nation), and I am quite interested to see what they will be. Very Happy Actually, I have to say that both Set IX and Set X are looking very, very good to me right now.

I know you are just posting useful suggestions here, but I feel that I should just let you know that M2A0 has stated that there will be no hero units in either Set IX or Set X (I suspect that the hero unit concept is one which been completely abandoned by WoTC for future sets, but this is just a guess).

Yes, you speak the truth.  I do appreciate you keeping up on these things.  Don't mean I have to be happy about everything though.  but I will say, I am happy about the way these two sets are shaping up.  In fact, I like every set i have bought into.  I would like to see them rescale every piece from the first five sets actually.  Would make some holler holy terror though, that's why I go out and buy FoW stuff, because I don't expect Wizards to do something like that.

I wonder if all of those SSSNLFs that we've been sending back will be re-appearing.  Wink

Wait a second, did I miss something here, is this discussion about the NEXT set coming out or AFTER the next set?

I thought there was going to be an Early War set coming out in December right?

Please clarify if you actually know. To think I was getting involved in a discussion for a set that is a year and a half away would make me feel soiled. lol

lol  Yeah, I can understand your feeling on the set called "Mid War"  when we don't even have the "Early War" set out yet.  Some of us get a little excited about this sort of thing.  If they let us, I would be getting excited about the set I will call, "Minor Nations" and the one after that I shall call, "The Western Front" set. lol  Won't even mention the set I would like to call, "The Air War" set.  Laughing [/i]

I know what you mean, it is somewhat fun to speculate and I just don't keep good enough track as to what's officially coming out and quite frankly, don't really want to know until about a week before and then I start to get excited about it. It's like taking a trip and not being able to sleep the night before.  lol

I guess it follows there would be early war, middles war, then reserves part deux.

as long as there are plenty of new units for Japan and 5 planes per set plus more soldiers to fill in the minors I don't care too much about the rest.

P_C, you just made me think about a set with just infantry.  Don't know if that would be good or bad.  I am woefully short on infantry and getting a set with like ten infantry actually sounds kind of good in a sad sort of way.  I love my tanks, but...

Hopefully, you guys can work in a re-size of the Panzer IV Auf. G (not a re-paint, just a re-size to the newer scale).  IMO, it's long overdue.  Especially at the new cost (23) plus the addition of the sideskirts SA, this tank is easily the best mid-range tank in the German arsenal.  Why not put it out in the new scale?

LOL!  I love this game.  Wish I had more "live" opponents.  Fortunately, the one I have is pretty good.  I just hate having GIGANTIC TANKS sitting next to ittybitty tanks.  Know what I mean? Laughing

Wait... wAt?  the Panzer IV Ausf G is in Eastern Front... its just not the correct rescale (it has the Side-skirts ability without the physical parts)

The turret ring is on the T-4, not the Panzer IV G. The  early Panzer IV Gs were also known as Panzer IV F2s so we have so far gotten 2 reprints of the Panzer IV G. Maybe late war version with skirts would be nice.

The F2 was an upgunned F (1)

the G was a "new incarnation" (IIRC some ormor was also added)

Gamewise is F2 and G identical

BTW later Gs had sideskirts - the turret sideskirts were fixed, but the side Wink sideskirts were removeable.

I'd love to see a real sideskirted G, H,... varient (not just a Commandser Very Happy)
