IIRC there was a rules question on the old AH - boards for this situation:

IF a LOS is running along hex-edges has bloking terrain to both sides of this line (as is the case here)  the LOS is broken.

So NO LOS here.

Sorry to interject into the battle, but where did you get those images of your units? I want to update our map like this but copying the images from the WOTC gallery does not produce a nice image like yours. Can you help me out a bit? Thanks.

This is not off-topic: yes, I will do it for you. We are a team now, you know?  Wink

I take the icons from these sources:
http://www.vesivus.com/aaminis/index.htm (Sets 1-5 only)
http://www.miniaturemarket.com/axis___allies
http://www.tarrif.net (for these units which have ugly models)

Of course you have to adjust the image a bit in Adobe Photoshop (or any layer-based graphics software).
