Not to create more work for you, but I'd love to see a list of the revised cards and what changed. For example:

Soviet Commisar - text of Bravery Enforcement changed
German Tiger - Point Cost reduced
French MAS Rifle - start year changed

Such a list would be very helpful for people running tournaments. They would only need a short page or so listing the differences so that unrevised cards could be used for tourney play.

Just a thought..........

Can one even run/play a tournament game these days?  With all the revisions and changes?  I know guys that have played for years and still don't allow the revised cards I bring, let alone the Cards of Sharpe's and the HHR cards.

Short answer; yes.

You just have to plan ahead and advertise the terms of the tournament. I just finished running an AAM tournament at Historicon and encountered no problems. I advertised well ahead of time that players were required to bring their own figures, cards and gaming accessories. We used only the revised cards (players only had to bring a photocopy of the revised version with their figure) and we used the expanded rules. It was a three round tourney with players moving to a different map every round. We don't use any custom cards or home rules. Everything went smoothly.

Has some scan cards.  Mostly text list of them though.

Or is there a list of which cards changed?

I'd like to print the revised cards, and would rather not print those that have not.

I am trying to get organized and it seems to be more of a chore than it should be. There is a link at the top of the first thread here, to only the revised cards, but I think it is broken. If I can get my hands on the revised cards only, I would be more than happy to make that list of revisions made to the original cards.

I have done that.  I have a list in Excel and made a card copy of all the revised cards (18 pages of 6 cards per).   I could post them if someone tells me how.

Were all the cards revised though? 108 cards seems like more than what was revised although I could be wrong.
Also, did you note the changes made to the originals as well? I think that will be a nice list.

There were 165 revisions.  Some were nothing more than a year change.  A few like Poland were just an insignia change.  I only copied the cards that had meaning full changes that could not be viewed on a list.

One of the MODs correct me if I am wrong....  I am pretty sure you can't post files to the forum.

You can post a link to the file on a hosted site, like a personal web page (SgtFury has an excellent example with his rules/Q&A compilation) or a file hosting site.

If you don't have a site or don't know how to do it, someone here may be able to help.  I am in the process of setting mine up so I can post my ASL to AAM scenario conversion "tool kit" and could probably post your file too.

Would you mind copying the list into a reply here?

Most of the links in post 1 of this thread don't work.  With your list, maybe we can recreate those documents.  Unless the OP wants to rehost elsewhere.   Wink
