The current bunkers, and obstacles will be featured at Pacificon in Sept.  The gentleman putting on the game will have an 18' table with two battles going on for Omaha beach. He'll have the two large bunkers, and guns, plus around 200 obstacles from Log tripods, hedgerows, tetrahedrons, and the Belgium Gates. BA pieces painted by Maus!!!

The Bunker and The Gun! Completed! Both items are all scratch built. The sandbags are a newer product from Horizon Creation 3D. I thought the sandbags would be a nice touch to the setting. This set-up is good for 28mm gaming will be used at a local convention for a D-day landing at Omaha Beach. The complete set-up will include two bunkers like this one, several smaller bunkers, and about another 200 obstacles including Hedgehogs, Belgium Gates, Log tri-pod obstacles, tetrahedrons, and some of the HC3D Dragon teeth!

along same theme are some wired obstacles. These are a "version 1" build. I refer to a version 1, 2 or 3 as stages for my skill. A V1 would be a first build with lots of room to improve. Wired obstacles are very well recorded in different designs etc. However, these are not modeled after anything recorded. With all of that said... here are several scratch built wired obstacles...V1. These are scaled with some Bolt Action infantry. The stakes are a hobby stick, and they're based on a masonite plank topped with a piece of floor tile. The floor tile is important to waterproof the piece, and provide strength when I string the wire. Questions, comments, suggestions? More to follow on these, along with some recorded examples of actual wired entanglements.

This was Green Beach of the Dieppe Raid.  Pourville France is a seaside village 4km west of Dieppe.  The board had a two foot wide beach to cross with a sea wall and the objectives in the town.  Great game.

Thanks for posting pictures for me Dog Tank

here's a WiP for a 28mm Turret bunker with a captured French tank turret. Some "small rivet bars" from Horizon Creation 3D add a bit of detail around the turret with the vent from them as well.  The turret is from TrenchWorx.

My Green Beach scenario played really well at Hot Lead this year. Now to think about next year.  I might find a way to build one of these turrets into a convention game scenario.
