Send your fleets to the only admin who doesn't play (EK) and start immediately. Don't wait for him to confirm. I trust you are all honest.
You pick sides (Axis or Allies) and also Blue or Red. Then roll for initiative and start.

I just realized it's 2:20 am in Australia. 
Doesn't look like I'm playing......I can certainly play someone who is online now but it's going to be really tough for me to get it in this weekend if I can't start right now. Any chance to change the pairings? No offense Raevski but my time is very limited this weekend.

I'll try and be on late tonight, about 11:00pm eastern US, which is like 2:00pm Saturday for you and could probably get a few turns in at least.

I tried to send my fleet to EK but nothing is getting delivered to certain people for some reason so I'll post second although I don't think it matters really in this type of match. I'll try again to see if it works.

I won initiative so you can do your moves and I should be able to update the map in the morning.
We'll get there.

There is a fresh map, looks like I'll be able to handle it, at least at home.
Post your moves, I'll do mine and then air. I'm sure we'll both move near the island first turn.
