We both send our 20 pt fleets to the only admin who doesn't play (EK) and start immediately. Don't wait for him to confirm.

You pick side first (Axis or Allies) and also Blue or Red.
Then send fleets to EK and roll for initiative.

I picked axis and i sent my fleet to EK...and i have a question. If i say, pick the Italians, then can i only deploy italians?

You can deploy any axis unit you want. We don't play nation-limited.
I deploy fletcher and Kent in the red corner then.

You can take the card from the "all war at sea cards" post (under the clock, over the announcements)
Right click on the card to copy its url

Sorry to interrupt ND but I have sent at least 5 pm's, including my death match fleet and none of them are getting delivered. I assume you didn't get the 2 or 3 pm's I sent to you earlier today?
Anyway...I know what ships I want but if no one is getting my pm's, what do I do?

No, I'm afraid I haven't received them. I don't know why.
I suggest you post second then. Let your opponent pm his fleet. When he says he did, then you post yours directly in the topic. That's what I did with mine after Pride had sent his to EK.
