Best way to learn is to play.  The game will be slow-moving for a few days because I am supposed to travel tomorrow through Wednesday, but I'm up for it.

I'm going to go Axis, unless there's some specific scenario or nation match-up you'd like to try out; there's a lot of interesting game match-ups to be had, so I'm game for that as well.  For now, I'll assume general Axis build at 100 points.

My build is ready. I'd post it to a moderator... but this forum doesn't appear to have one. I suppose I could volunteer for that, I feel that Squadron Builds might be sort of dead.

I don't know if it is "dead," it really depends upon what direction people want to go with the game.  As a moderator in Fleet Builds, people use that forum in a number of ways that are outside the traditional "X point fleet," and I consider most of them acceptable.  I think we could see some 120 point builds, some 150 point builds, and so forth, which does expand what people can post there.  Also, I'm not sure what fleet building was like after just 1 set of WAS since I wasn't collecting back then, but I'm sure it had to feel quite limiting compared to where that game stands today.  Just getting the 2nd set in August and basically doubling the available miniatures might do wonders for this game.


How bout we just send to Rebel, I'm sure he'd do the honors for a game or two.

Let's also get the roll for advantage and map set up as well

I'm bringing the Channel Front FW190A (55), and the Wurger (44).  Disadvantaged sets up first.

I started low on the map so I could put the correct distance between your start and mine. For the 190s I just inverted the color, you can decide which is what.

We're at Alt 3, I'll mark it after you place.
