No. You have to have had an actual negative transaction to give a -1. I wish I could allow it, though.

Disappointed with www.usacomicbooks.com. Vendor delivers items, but is slow to ship items out. I pre-order items and/or purchase items and I have to pester them to get them shipped out otherwise they sit on it for more than two business days. One time I had to wait over a week before they ship it out during X-mas season. Despite the fact I asked them several times. I eventually had to let them know I will cancel my order if they did not ship the items on certain last date (gave them a week. More than reasonable IMO). They shipped my order and lied on the date they sent it to avoid the cancellation. I ordered www.coolstuffinc.com during the same X-mas season and they shipped items within two business days. Also, I wouldn't order singles from www.usacomicbooks.com because their inventory system is not good and doesn't reflect what they have.
Maybe as recommendation we could have vendor recommendation and non-recommendation instead of one count. eg.)

I would like to recommend Neal at The War Store. He did have problems with his distributor, but he kept me informed with several e-mails and a phone call. So even though I did have to wait a few days longer than I wanted, he still provided good customer service and that is what I ask for.

This is more or less an ebay vendor but somehow I got on his mailing list a while back and he emails me about every A&A set that launches and gives a discount if you buy a complete set. Packaging is excellent and it was here Monday after releasing Friday so big props to them. His name is Scott Mingus.

Pre-ordered case not shipped as promised. They are trying to make it right but when you pre-order and don't get it on time, you can't make it right, the damage is done.
