You're not crazy.  I see two there as well.  A few of the scans of other cards are actually not mine (not to sound pompous although there's no way to say this without sounding pompous but the ones that don't look like they match i.e. Illustrious, Warspite, Graf Zeppelin, and Zuikaku).  I have scans that can replace the mis-matched ones.

The duplicate could be due to something I originally did.  I listed the card (the new Zeke and also October Revolution) twice in my blog.  Once with the incorrect name (or Americanized spelling in the case of the October Revolution) and once with what it actually says on the card.

That way the file names matched what most people would search for (also the captions) for better search results.  I had that up and then decided it was dumb because I could just put both names in the captions and achieve the same result.
