Why did you join Club IJN?

OK, this is for the Club IJN players only please... please choose the option that most applies, I realize for many there may be multiple reasons!
Brigman

Hey, no fair clicking "Other, please explain"... if you don't follow it up with a post to explain!  Laughing

Hey Brigs, add an option that says not a member of CIJN but want to see the results so other members can see what the results are.
Brigman

D'oh... didn't think of that... will try to edit, not sure if you can edit a poll in progress...
Brigman

I guess you can.  Done!

What happened to the "View Results" button?  Did it get removed in the redoing of the forum layout?  I forgot to check for it before voting.

Gameplay for me. The IJN has a pretty varied and interesting bag of tricks.

History-wise I'm more into the Med when it comes to naval theaters (surprise, right?)

Tirp, I have no idea.  Above my pay grade I'm afraid.

I have always been facinated by the way Japan was able to suddenly rise above other sinking asian cultures and empires, become a massive world power by the end of WW1, then try to expand beyond there islands to rule over the entire pacific, eventualy being defeated by the Allies after a long and costly war.
But, even in defeat, they have still become a dominent world power. So, in a way, they became what they started out wanting to be: A modern, westernized country. And in the end, they didnt need to use force to become one!

Interesting what a diverse bunch we have in here. Smile
