what would take this down easily? (looking for weaknesses)I want to know specifically what 200 point RUSSIAN army would be able to pose a serious threat to this build:
German Panther Platoon - 95
-1x SS-Panther Ausf. G
-2x Panther Ausf. D
SS-Panther Ausf. G - 42 (recosted in new update)
Ammo Dump - 10
Wehrmacht Expert Sniper - 11
Wehrmacht Veteran Infantrymen - 5 (x2)
Veteran Fallschirmjager - 10
Junkers JU 87G Stuka - 21
Tank Obstacle - 1
(An option I have debated is switching out the Stuka and tank obstacle for a Focke-Wulf and a Grizzled Veteran, or a Messerschmitt Ace and a third Wehrmacht Veteran Infantrymen, but against Russia the Stuka seemed more appropriate)

Is there a unit limit?
Old maps or new maps?

We usually take out a random map and roll to see who picks which side and end of it they want. We follow the expanded rules (15 units per 100 points, 2 special units per 100 points). No custom cards haha!! (I know you'd have a way around it with those)

I would say that you need to take out the stuka and put in a Mess Ace. With all those weak rear armored Panthers you will need some good anti air to defend from the dreaded Typhoon. It's good for taking out an ammo dump and protecting yours as well. That's the only MAJOR flaw that I can see. Though you are pretty short on AI as well.

Remember... it's to take on Russia. They don't have a Typhoon.

The sturmovik could also be problematic, but not as much as a Typhoon.
And you might need more AI to guard against the Russian infantry swarm.

Infantry is the only thing I am concerned about really. He has 1 Sturmovik, hasn't fielded it yet. His best infantry are his 1 hero, snipers, and some partisans, but nothing else really that deadly. Fortunately, he deems Soviet infantry worthless (with those above exceptions) and doesn't usually field it.

Try and fit in a brummbar for AI.

I think your force is competative enough Ducky. Against a horde of KV1's supported by Grenadiers you might be in trouble, but only when they get close enough. Though your opponent could use a Russian cavalry + russian hero combo to get to your tanks. Would be a sweet move. You dont seem to have much to deal with fast infantry.
Maybe your opponent should allow himselves to get a few non-russian items to Lend-lease himselves back into the competition. A few Bofors work excellently in enhancing the USSR fighting potential. Stuka's are aweful if you cannot defend yourselves against them.
He should definately use a Sturmovich or two to get rid of your Ammo dump and maybe come back for a second serving against the Panthers.

Hi there; Here is my thougthes on your build.
Panther platoon-95
Wermacht Vet. Inf. Plat.-29
1xwerm. OberLt.
1xmauser 98k
2xvet.inf.
1xlite mortar
1xMg42
1xAmmo Dump-10
1xWerm. Expert Sniper-11
1xJunkers Ju-87G-21
1xFw190a or Messerschimdt ace-17
1xFalls.reg.-7
2xLuftwaffe Inf.-6
4xTank Ob.-4
This build gives you more T.O. to channel your opponents vechichles into a killing ground. The Luft. inf. has anti-air special ability (cheap flak!!). The fighter protects your lumbering JU-87G. Interesting build though.

Yeah, drop the Stuka and add a Brummbar. That baby wreaks havoc on infantry swarms. A Nebelwerfer might be a nice choice too.
Stukas are nice, but they fare the worst against the Russians, who have hardly any weak rear defenses on their tanks. You'd only have a chance @ short range. Even then, you're chances of doing significant damage aren't very high, and the Russian tanks get quite a lot of dice vs. Soldiers, so if he wanted to, he could down your Stuka fairly easily.
Stukas can be useful though--like when I fielded one vs. my brother's British army of almost entirely Centurions, Comets, and Archers.
Other than the Stuka, the army looks good.
