USA invasion

this is something i thought about for a while. ok the germans and italtian have invaded great britan and are staging an invasion on the US.

rules are

there are 10 german transports at no cost
the germans get 500 pts
there are 10 USA transport at no cost
the USA get 450 pts

no more than 4 bbs
no more than 3 carriers
germans and italtians can use japanese carriers and aircraft
no less than 4 Cls and no more than 6 CAs
no less than 6 dds
no more than150 pts for aircraft
ok then here how the invaison
the germans start in the north atlantic from UK and they must travel to norfolk to land troops and protect the transports for 4 turns after they land.the americans start in the south atlantic towards mexico. the americans must destroy the GE transports at sea to start there own invasion of the UK. every time you destroy a ship you get points to spend on more ships
destroying a bb=30pts
a CV=30
a CA=25
a CL=20\
a DD= 10
a transport=20(because these are of utmost important)
a sub=5
an aircraft=0

this is it post more rules i should add help would be helpful

Why would the Americans need transports if they're fighting on their home country?

ok after you destroy the german transports the american will launch an invasion of the german and italian held Uk hope that helps

Jfk, you'd better flee Richmond as the German's are landing at Norfolk using General Electric transports, and the US navy is fleeing south to Mexico!

I have to admit, I'm a little confused on this scenario.  Do you use the standard map?  Is this a single scenario or a campagin?

Given that Norfolk is a major naval base, wouldn't you expect to see the ships based there put up a fight?

What you want to do is be more detailed.  Here is a good format to use:

Forces:

list here the foreces that are to participate in the scenario whether it be points or specific units or some combination of the two.

Setup:

List here how players set up the game.  Include details like what map set up they should use (any time it is a non-standard map I suggest posting a picture).  Also include details on where the ships are to be deployed, when they are deployed etc.

Special Rules:

Include here any rules that your scenario uses that is not part of the normal ruleset.  Also include any normal rules that are to be ignored in this ruleset.

Victory Conditions

List here how and when the game ends and how to determine a winner.

here is an example using the above format:
(Battle of the River Platte)

Forces:

Axs:
Graf Spee

Allies:
HMNZS Leander
HMS Exeter
HMS Ajax[i]

Setup:

[i]Use an open sea map with no islands.  Deploy ships as normal.


Special Rules:

After turn 4, the Graf Spee can move off the Axis side of the map and retreat.

Victory Conditions

Axis wins if they can cripple or sink two allied ships and then retreat.  Allies win if the Graf Spee is sunk.  Any other result is a tie.
