It is not a 1941 fleet because the Truculents and Barricudas are 1943 pieces; and your build total is 492, so you are robbing yourself of a destroyer (Maybe a 1943 Saumarez).
I also find it odd that you would play with year restrictions but not class restrictions; there was only one Ark Royal class ship. So, if you really want a 1941 fleet, you are going to have to make some adjustments:
1) Trade one Ark Royal for Illustrious
2) Down grade the Barricudas to Swordfish
3) Drop all of the Truculents
Combined with your 8 unused points, you now have 66 to spend. You really need to finish your fleets before you post them; or if you are looking for help finishing it, you should say so, rather than posting an unfinished fleet and saying "Beat this."

Id also have a few extra land based bombers to replace the empty decks of your carriers. An average value of 7 antiair has a 26pct chance of vitaling a swordie.

You are getting closer, but the Halifax has a 1942 date. Also, the 6 Javelins should cost 54, not 60 (Javelins cost 9 each); so your build total comes to 490. You could throw in a spare Swordfish if you're content with a 1942 fleet.
