First, define "cross-country" and "off-road"
For example, for soviet vehicles, road speed given in files is close to off-road speed (as their roads were of "no-roads" quality)
Some encyclopedias give stats related to the environment where the vehicle was used - Humber has cross-country speed related to flat desert terrain in Africa, Su-76 to ukrainian wastes, Centurion was tested on military polygon only (never fought in Europe) ...
Guess is as good as statistics.

2 . jeep serval companies made the "jeep" but they had to keep the u.s. army guide line of the top speed of 50mph.

about the humber i realize than he asked off road speed but most books and web list one speed but I think it would be easy to adjust the speed with the information given.

In AAM, it's the offroad that is used to derive the stats. That's why the German tanks seem so horribly slow. They were significantly slower offroad.
