Treat the river as an obstacle to destroy - one engineer cannot lay more than one pontoon bridge.

 German Engineer = Sturmpioneer, Set 4
Any captured unit available, for the price 25%+ (as mentioned in tournament rules). Allied units with national availability are for the base price.

We've got a problem here.
Do you realize you can't cross the river except along a road according to the scenario rules? Even in regular AAM, you have to make a movement roll.
Your cavalry can't get to where they are.

You only Disrupted the 2 PPSh. Please see my end of turn recap. You weren't able to kill any. All 11 are still on the board.
I laid out the correct positions of the PPSh at the beginning of turn 3 earlier. Then, I moved them.

Do you want to move your two Rosiori on the left flank south of the river and remove the two Disruptions on my PPSh?
My preference is to place the 11x PPSh correctly, keep the Disruptions and just move on.
It's too complicated to backtrack.
