Points per game will be announced Prior to each rd along with the Map every one will use.

If you lose a unit i.e. Hood that is singular, is it lost for ever or can u buy it back?
If you lose say 50 points of boats planes then you have lost them forever?
Do you buy your fleet before the comp begins then roster them on play until you lose them then they are gone?
i.e I want 1x canberra, 2x sydneys and 20 javs 0ut 0f my 400 points, I lose in the first battle, 1x canberra (sunk) 5x javs (sunk) 2x Javs crippled, I lose them forever ? Do i get crippled back?

Did you even read the Whole Sign up sheet. The answers to ouyr Question is right there, Plain as day, But I Copied it just for you.

UK Admirals will help all of HMS or HMAS
US can only help US
Germany can only help GE and so on.

I want to make sure on some questions before fleet preperations begin:
1) It is 400 points thanks to the addendum, that much I know.
Where I am unclear is that you can make a 250 point fleet of set 1 units, 100 points of Task Force(when available), and also have up to 50 points designated as "nothing" to be able to buy more units later?
That is where I am confused I think and want to be sure. otherwise, I'll build my fleet using set 1 stuff but might miss out on some glorious new IJN secret weapon in set II no?
2) It won't always be a 400 point game correct? It will be smaller games I assume for the most part?

No the total amount is 400 pts. Only 150 can be spent on Task Force.
(remember to save 20 pts if you want a replacement officer should yours buck the kickit)
No they won't all be 400 pt Games
As I have said before. You do not need to Build any fleets yet. We will wait for theForumini Set List(s) first. So every one can have the same Advantages.
Your Admiral sets your "Nationality" or Home Country.

I have ended up being Italian as my choices in the British Admirals where gone, unfortunately i was in the wrong timezone and missed out.
I was wondering could i have an extra 50 point dispensation for Italian players ie 200 set1 and 200 point set2.
The reason for this is Italians have no planes in set1 so therefore all our planes come out of 150 points leaving Italians not a lot of points to purchase some of the new goodies that balances out the fleets. All the other fleets except French have a aircraft in set 1. I feel that Frech and Italians are disadvanged by this rule and it should be admended for the French and Italian fleets. Plz

Update, the set list is out and the Italians got love with an airforce, a fighter (folgore) a dive bomber Ju87 and a torp bomber (SM79) , i figure as an Italian to have a decent airforce i need to spend at least 80 points therefore leaving me only 70 points to by the New DD( Vivaldi), BB (littorio),old BB (Ceaser), Zara, and Light crusier( Savoia). Otherwise my fleet is totally ship heavy. So I ask again please let us use 200 and 200 for Italian and French

How do you know he doesn't want 200pts of Zaras?
I don't Know About you but an extra 50 pts would get me maybe another New BB. or a Illustrious and Aircraft.
My point is we all suffer from it and No one other person should have an advantage in this area.
Hey I came in 2nd Place in the Admirals cup Using a Pure GE Force. They had Know Fighters at that time.
Plus you choose Italy, Now lead them to victory.
Remember you can still Buy Zero's for your fleet for 2 extra points. You are not restricted to just Italian Pieces.

No just aircraft, every other nation has aircraft in set 1 but Italian, If i have to become public with that airforce buy i will.
Historical limit of 4 Zaras, but i'm spending 70+ points on aircraft
I don't personally like mixing nationalties

Ive been working on my fleet with the normal restrictions but i have a problem ive got 247 inthe first batch and 151 in the other will this be allowed?

I am having trouble also, What to take what to take, Max is 150 on Task Force.
You can spend more then 250 on SET 1 Pieces.
If I let you have 151, the next guy will want 153,155......
Start a Poll for the participants and ask Them.
If Majority do not care, then Nor will I. Till then I have to stick to my guns concerning the rules when every one first sighned up. 150 Max.
P.S. I do not like mixing nationalities either. But I will, If it helps me secure Victory.
P.S.S Yes I will Have at least 1 Hellcat for sure in my UK NAVY.

Does an admiral's ability to reduce the cost of a unit apply to the 400 point pool or just the fleet used in a game?

when did I deploy the subs with the SA place everywhere on map(I-26 and USS archerfish) did those units have an extra phase to deploy them?
