Whoa, guys. I think both of you skipped the part in the rules where it says that you can only have four planes per side per sector...

Well I can have up to 5 planes on my air base and I can have as many planes as I want as long as I can land them on carriers. so, are you saying I can't attack the same sector with more than 4 planes at the same time? I'll have to look for this in the rules in the morning.Yyyaaawwwwnnn. both drunk

yeah, but the Baltimore's aborted nothing, the Betty's all missed and the Zeke's didn't even fire, no one profited from the whole thing, it doesn't seem like you need to do it over

I just found it on page 16. it has to be one of the worst rules in this game. "Lets go attck pearl harbor sink the Amarican pacific fleet with our air planes"  "good idea but we can only attack with four squadrons" Shocked oh well its only a game right? Twisted Evil

Not necessarily, you may want to go first to take advantage of Smoke Screen, Pursuit Ship.

I spent about three hours for two days trying to come up with a build that could beat 8 Fletchers, 2 Baltimores and 1 Wildcat. I guess I came pretty  close to the guessing what Masterchief was gonna build. But the only build I had that won more than one time was the build I brought to the match. of course I missed the five little words on page 16 in the rule book. Evil or Very Mad I knew I should have gone with 4 Myokos and a Subchaser and prayed I got lucky with Long Lances. Evil or Very Mad
