Regia Marina at 100ptsthis is something that i have planned once i get my booster case 
i play mostly surface battles so subs are not a problem
exactly 100pts:
1x Cesare - 34
3x Bf-109 - 21
2x Sparviero - 22
1x Aquila - 15
1x Ju 84 R2 - 8(or a luca tarigo for the same price)
Cesare would obviously be the center piece because he's the only
surface ship in this build other than the Aquila and will have fighter
escorts ever turn thanks to Aquila if and when he needs it
the airpower in this build is pretty solid and with 3 109's i think i should
be able to hold off any bomber that the commonwealth and france
can put up against it and with 2 Sparviero's and 1 Ju 87 R2 i should be
able to damage any ship/sink any ship
or maybe this variant
100pts:
1x Cesare - 34
2x Bf-109 - 14
2x Sparviero - 22
1x Aquila - 15
1x Gorizia - 15
airpower has been weakend a bit but Cesare is not alone, and the Aquila
would still maintain 2 fighters overhead at all times but will not have
a replacement if one is destroyed
also if anyone has any other suggestions please do so, also this is
what i have for the italians

I like seeing Italian fleets, especially 100 point ones. Bravo!
However, I see two weaknesses at first glance:
1) Unless you opt for the Luca Tarigo over the Stuka in the first build, neither fleet has any ASW capability at all. I suppose that's fine if you're playing solo surface games, but you can't expect all of your opponents not to use subs; or can you?
2) Against a battleship like PoW, KGV, Rodney, or Richeliu you are basically counting on two Sparvieros to win the game for you. Since this is a likely scenario at 100, it is rather risky.
I think that I would drop the Cesare and go with this:
Gorizia (15)
Luca Tarigo (8)
Aquilla (15)
Ambra x 2 (18)
Bf 109 x 2 (14)
Ju87 R4 (8)
Sparviero x 2 (22)

Also, the new German Ju88A-4 goes great with the Sparviero; so maybe drop an Ambra for one, unless you're trying to keep it as Italian as possible.
