Plotting movementHas anyone tried any plotting movement house rules? I think it would make the game a bit more interesting.

I think he refers to writing down the moves secretly, then revealing them at the same time.
I guess it would work for small games (writing down the moves of 30+ units can be a real pain), but some SA's might then need a bit of reworking.

that's interesting. I would think it would simulate night fighting pretty well. sometimes you stumble into the enemy at point blank range and sometimes you stager past him... I agree large fleets would make it a real pain, but small cruiser kinda games would be interesting.

It would be fairly easy to work except for stacking limits. It would make aircraft more interesting - often planes would attempt to attack a fleet that was no longer on the charted course.

which happened more often than not... the ocean is a big place with out AWACS....
