Old Maps rescaled and retextured ...I just posted this on the Wizard's forums, but thought you guys might be interested ...
I'm rescaling the old maps to the larger scale (and slightly larger dimensions) hexes ...
Here is a link to the BAKER maps (1 & 2) ... 2 High-res JPGs at 150 DPI / approx. 21" x 30" in a 37mb .rar file ...

** The free download link should be on the bottom of the page **
I've added 1 or 2 hexes of forest or hill terrain to fill in the larger dimensions and will be posting Abl1 1 & 2 next.

Wonderful. How long takes you to convert one map? Could we rescale all important map sets? Like Juno/Omaha beaches, Jungles, City maps? Russian plains etc.?
It would be most helpful, as the new maps are ... not fully satisfying for some scenarios.

Thanks ... I hope to have Able 3-4 and Baker 3-4 (the big lakes) up tomorrow and then I'll want to make a couple of custom snow maps before tackling Dog and Pegasus. I do have beach and Jungle terrain ready for future maps though.

Now I can finally start to make Scenarios and Campaigns for AAM. If you don't mind I will link these to your maps.
I vote with all my hands also for 2 different city maps, a mountain map and one with a wide river This will be enough for most actions.

Feel free to link and use the maps as long as they're not reproduced for commercial use or profit.
Here are some blank "George" maps ...
It's a large file, but I used a different fileshare site that will hopefully be more user-friendly.

Fantastic. More of these I will add some alternative maps as well:
Lock'n'Load maps, published for general use
They are 8x13 hexes, but having the features unknown for AAM (detailed city, villages and a river map)

Wow Sindor these Look'n Load Maps are awesome. Are they 2" original or smaller?
Do you want to play an online game on one of these?

Yes, I would like to play some game on these You can choose any scale when you print them; but the map resolution is not too high, Lock'n'Load uses only counters, so I would guess 2" at maximum.

I've found Maps 19-21 after a long long time searching for them. But I'm afraid the resolution is still not really printable, at least not for 2" hexes.
Where did you get the fullres maps, Sindor? And are there more out there available for download?

No, this is everything I have discovered so far. Anyway, it makes 9 new maps for on-line gaming

Any chance you could post a series of your terrain hexes so that we could make terrain overlay hexes to modify existing 3" maps?
River (straight and bends)
Road (straight and bends)
Hills
Open terrain
Woods
Village
Open water
