Commonwealth and Allies in the Desert... 200pts

I'm a great fan of commonwealth infantry on mass... so I put this build together as a modular army from which I can pick units to play 100, 150 or 200 point games.

You can trade out the grant for a spit or cane if you feel air is required.

I am going to try this out on you chaps over the next few weeks.

Awsome build ! I like the modular the idea . You can swap out early year equipment for newer stuff much more easily .

classic DAK didnt have em.... so whats your point?

No pershings, super shermans, 17 pounders, fireflys, centurions or other chease wiz  for the allies.

No Rockets, king tigers, panthers or SS storm troopers for the DAK.

I like Historic, I prefer to play in that manner and I very little time for power builds and those who cant put a build together without a king tiger.
My Allied build is a light tank/inf battlegroup ... thats all I have at the moment... However, if I had matilda or valentine or more crusader I would use em, if Wizards had 25pounder guns I would use them, if I had Albercore strike aircraft I would use them, For Operation Crusader this build is perfect... Just wish they had Indian Imperial and NZ Infantry. Roll on later sets.
