New player building a German and Soviet army... need help

I was going to build a German army centered around certain minis including an Me 262... is that (the 262) any good? I also have two BF109e and two Me 110 coming in from a trade, along with two Panzer 4 Ausf G and 5 SS Stormtroopers. I already have all of the Germans from the 39-45 starter, two Luftwaffe infantrymen... could I build a good 100 or 150 point team with this?

I also have an IL10 plane, the Soviet T76 (I think that's it) from the 39-45 starter, as well as a Cossack Cavalryman, the Soviet mortar unit from Contested Skies, and a Soviet Grenadier. What are some good, but fairly inexpensive (money wise) units I could add to this to make it a good 100 or 150 point team?

Thanks in advance...

Well with the German units you have you could make a fairly good and well-balanced army.  I don't know much for your Soviet army but you might want to get more planes, I find they work better in numbers.  You might want to pick up some Eastern Front packs and try to build a Soviet heavy tank army(I have incredible luck pulling heavy soviet tanks).  It also depends on your play style.  If you like massive but slow and expensive tanks go with a heavy build using IS-2's or ISU-122's.  If oyu lke good tanks, medium cost, then go with T-34's, they are semi-inexpensive and are good overall.

With your german units, you could have a build something like this:

x2 Panzer IV G= 46
x1 Me 109= 14
x1 Me 110= 17
x1 SS Haup= 7
x1 MG42= 10
x1 Luft Inf= 6
x1 Kar 98= 3
--100 Points
if you want 150 points you could add:
x5 SS Stormtoopers= 21
x1 Me 109= 14

For the Soviets I would try to grab some basic infantry (mosin nagants, dp 27s, commisars, ect.) and some armor. Light armor for the Soviets is T70s, medium armor is T34s and the SU and ISU assault guns and heavy armor is IS2s and KV1s.

My advice to you would be, buy some boosters if you have the money. Boosters are a great way to grow you collection, and add many new piceces to the game.

Unfortunately the nearest place that sells boosters is pretty far away and their stock is inconsistent so I can't be sure it'll be worth the drive. And I don't want to buy online for fear they might be tampered with.

There is a list of "Good vendors" in the Marketplace section, you could order from the ones with a high score, which means no one had a problem, and they where happy with the customer service and shipping time.
