Mosin-Nagant 1891/30 - Command DependentIt says he can not move during the movement phase unless adjacent to an enemy commander. Does this mean he can move freely on his own during the assault phase?

Good thought, but I think that it is supossed to represent the ordinary Red Army soldier who would need someone to command him where to go, but would be smart enough to act on his own if fired upon...
