Lots of QuestionsI have been playing axis and allies for almost a year now and loving it! Though in this case I wish I could say that I have just started because most of these questions are pretty elementary. I’ve made my own assumptions about the answers to the following questions (which I won’t put down so I can’t be faulted if they’re wrong ) but recently I’ve been teaching a guy how to play, who insists on doing everything “by the book” a bit of a challenge with this game. So if you could help me out by answering his and my questions it would be much appreciated.
Anyway here are my questions.
A: Defensive fire and fighting platform.
-1: Can a unit in a vehicle with the fighting platform SA make defensive fire attacks? Also can that mounted soldier make a defensive fire attack if the vehicle is disrupted?
B: Dismounting and Defensive fire: (I think I saw this somewhere else so I’ll apologise for being lazy)
Does dismounting from a transport trigger defensive fire?
C: Here is a scenario. A Sherman and Kar 98k rifleman are in the same hex. The Sherman tries to move out of the hex. This triggers defensive fire, but can the Kar 98k make a defensive fire attack while the Sherman is in its hex, so it can use the close assault?
D: Overrun:
-1: My Tiger I moves into a hex with a lone US Bazooka dude, I decide to use the overrun SA and place a disruption marker on the bazooka, should it be face up or face down?
-2: I would place a face up disruption marker on the bazooka and since he is disrupted he doesn’t get to make a defensive fire attack. Is this correct?
E: Overwatch:
-1: Can you put a unit on overwatch down a row of hexes that already has an enemy unit in it?
-2: Does that unit then trigger defensive fire when it moves out of the row of hexes that are being overwatched?
-3: Does a unit in a row of hexes being watched by overwatch trigger defensive fire by advancing along the line of hexes towards the unit on overwatch?
-4: Does a unit in a row of hexes being watched by a unit on overwatch trigger defensive fire simply because it is there, even if it does not move?
F: Double shot stacking hits:
-1: Can a unit with double shot SA destroy a soldier by making two attacks against it with both attacks resulting in 1 hit? Do hits stack when they come from a single unit with double shot?
-2: Can you roll twice for cover against a single unit attacking you with the double shot SA?
Well that should do it for now, sorry for having such a long list, these questions have been piling up for a while . Thanks in advance to anyone and everyone who helps me out.

A. I'm pretty sure that the unit in the transport may not make defensive fire.
B. Dismounting does not trigger defensive fire.
C. Yes, it may use the Close Assault SA for its defensive-fire attack.
D. Face up, and it can make defensive fire, because it may result in your inability to even move into his hex if he makes it before you enter the hex.
E. I don't know, because I don't use Overwatch.
F. Yes, it can destroy the unit in that way, and yes, you do get to make two cover rolls, since it is technically two attacks.

B. No, as long as you stay in the same hex. Under the old stacking rules, there was a possibility of the unloading unit displacing one hex. That could trigger Defensive Fire.
C. Yes
D. 1. Face-up
2. Yes. Disrupted units cannot make DF attacks.
E. 1. Yes
2. No, unit has to enter hex in row
3. Yes
4. No
F. 1. Yes
2. Roll cover for each attack
