Is it possible to have a KV-1 transport a Quad 50?
The KV-1 says it can transport a "Solider" and Quad 50 is consider a "Solider."

No, it cannot. The Contested Skies Errata changed the transport ability so that it cannot be used for artillery units. Since the Quad 50 is a soldier-artillery, it cannot be transported by the KV-1.
