now this negative sa has to be done each round right? if KGV rolls a 1 and she rolls 3 fewer dice this round does this sa go away or does it occur each round? I know it doesn't add up so that 2 would bem -6 dice i just want to confirm that it happens every round as I have a match with my friends thursday.

You are correct. Every time KGV fires, it has to make its Jammed Mount roll. And every time it rolls a 1, it has to roll three fewer dice this turn and next turn. Also, as you said, if you roll a 1 two turns in a row, you would only roll three fewer dice, not six. Does that answer your question?
