Must be some supplyment for the japan army , the wreckage is lying in the truk lagoon and so it must be some supply for the IJ Army at that place near truk or on truk itself, cannot point which exact troops there are stationed at that time.

If that's SS Thistlegorm, then it'd be the British 8th Army... always wanted to dive there.

It is indeed the SS Thistlegorm and the 8th army that never received this tank. She was sunk on 5 October 1941 near Ras Muhammad in the Red Sea and is now a well known dive site.

Yeah, EK, got it, its the Thistlegorm, that stuff is going to the 8th Army to Help in operation "Crusader."

(I only got my diving license so I could see wrecks... hope to do Prinz Eugen some day, but it's preeeeetty complicated, not to mention expensive!)
