Disrupted Untested Recruit

Hi everybody,

here is the scenario: An Untested Recruit receives a disrupt. Next round he is disrupted again but fails to remove the disrupt from last turn.
Is the second disrupt without effect or is it "converted" and destroys the Untested Recruit?

More than one disrupt is still just a disrupt.

It's just easier to disrupt him the second turn, because the first disruption lowers his defence by one.
