Battlestar GalacticaHas anyone tried this game?Bought it a month ago and had a difficult first game, possibly because it was getting late (well, early?) Nevertheless we're giving it a go again soon. 
It has a good looking board, cards and counters plus i really enjoyed season one of the series.

My friends love it, I however refuse to play as I'm not a fan (though I did watch the original series as a kid) and they take it way to seriously.
They also purchased the expansion set at Gencon this year and love that as well. Sorry I can't be of more help. |

It seems to be popular at boardgame night at my FLGS, though I didn't care for the game personally. Maybe it's because in both the games I played the president turned out to be a Cylon and it seemed nothing the humans did made any difference. Heck, I was a Cylon trying to help the humans in one game, and they still lost. I'm also not a fan of the show, so that could have something to do with it. | ||

The expansion at gencon sold within minutes. How does it play? game mechanics? is it a squad style game? star ships? |
