Battle of Suriago Strait with a twistHello all well I was doing some thinking about some things today and one thing was about the Leyte Gulf Battle.
And since i like alternative Battles how about this one instead of Oldendorf facing the Southern Force during the Battle of Suriago Strait,how about him facing Kurita's Central Force.
So it would be for the Japanese 5-Battleships,10-Heavy Cruisers and 2-Light Cruiser's,against the American's 6-Battleships,4-Heavy Cruisers and 4-Light Cruiser's.
So how does that sound to you?

Pardon me Mad Ghost but when you say Class Suggestion i'm thinking you would like me to list what class ships for this battle,am i correct?
Well what i've done is make a list of the forces minus the DD's since Japan had 15 and the US had 28,but here's the opposing forces list-

Looks like a cool matchup! Now we just need to create stat cards for a lot of those pieces.

the list is great, but I was looking for units that we have that we can sub in for those ships from the two sets we have, so I can take it to fo13foxtrot and try to win... probably as the japanese.

Quite one-sided... but you can leave out the Yamatos (or include all the DDs, if you want a massive battle) to even it out.

Assume Musashi and a couple of cruisers still get sunk by subs and airpower before the battle is joined
