I did a search and couldn't find a clear answer to my question...
Does the Baltimore still keep torpedo defense in the game or did Wizards make an amendment and drop it?

Unfortunately, nothing has changed regarding the Baltimore's TD. Most agree that it should be dropped, similar to the Hellcat's VA, but RB didn't include it in the updates.
