Attack-Defense Scenario..

I have been tossing this one around and playtesting to work out the kinks.
Give it a try.

2 players.
120 points each, axis vs. allies.
No planes, partisans, or paratroopers.

When both players have completed their builds:
-Roll for standard map selection.
-Roll to decide who will be the attacker/defender.
-Defender removes at least 15 points of their force and adds 10 points of obstacles.
-Defender chooses which side to defend, places obstacles, and the objective marker.
-The objective is placed in any whole hex along the defender's edge of the map. The defender may choose any hex on his/her side to place the marker.
-Then the defender sets up their army using normal deployment rules.
-The attacker sets up as normal on the opposite side.
-The attacker has initiative the first turn.
-The attacker must contest the objective by turn 7.
-If at the end of any turn(after casualty) the attacker has a unit in the same hex as the objective marker and there are no defending units adjacent to the objective, the attacker wins immediately.
-No points victory, if the objective is contested by both players at the end of turn 10 the attacker wins.

The trick to this scenario is building a force that can both attack and defend, as you will not know before construction which you will be attempting.
The defender has the advantage, so they will have to give up some points to level the field.

I would appreciate any feedback you would like to share as to how this could be improved or if there are any problems that I have overlooked.
Thanks and Enjoy!

Looks great  goodpost
I will definitely give it a try. I am relatively new to the game and usually don’t have the required units to play most of the other scenarios.
