lots of T-34s.
Try subsituting some T-34s with SU-152s. Otherwise a well balanced, if not overkill medium army.

Soviet TanksThe KV-85 is a great tank, but If you try to build this and play someone they could be mad at you... The t34/76 is a tank that no one can stop so anyone could build as many as they wanted and the other player could say anything...
But If you build any army with a date in mind then the KV-85 may not be able to play on the field due to when it saw service in WWII.
Remember IS-2 is a nasty tank and It did see lots of service towards the end of the war..
But I never build a russian army with out any T-70's.. Cheap, undermaned, but very good as far as a tank that could deal with both threats. (light tanks, infantry, group effort a larger tank)
So I hope that helps you in your build.. Just remember If you want an actual build from WWII then you will need to put out a couple shermans and some M3 Lees. As well as some Valentines from the UK. These are tanks with the lend lease act... So just to be historically accurate you would have to put these tanks in your russian build...
